SUMMER BASKETBALL: CANTON BEGINS PLAY IN 12-TEAM LEAGUE (2012-06-05)

Waverly, NY - A team of Canton boys opened their summer schedule recently, splitting a pair of games in the Waverly league.
Canton beat Owego 48-20 to open their night, with Eddie Larcom leading the way with 15 points. Emmett Watson added 8 points and Mason Moore scored 7.
Tim Bassett, Jesse Lattimer and Wes Moore chipped in with 6 points each.
Canton played back-to-back games, dropping their second game to a team from Spencer Van Etten by a score of 48-38.
Larcom scored 14 points, while Wes Moore had 7 points and Bassett added 6 points.
Watson scored 5 points, while Lattimer had 4 points and Mason Moore scored 2 points. Dylan Fleet rounded out Canton's lineup on the first night of play.
